BAKED ZUCCHINI PARMIGIANA
160 g of diced smoked cheese or mozzarella
170 g of White Dacos Yoghurt
40 g of grated Parmesan
Sliced black olives
1. Wash and clean the zucchini. Cut them into thin slices with a knife and cook them for a few seconds in boiling salted water; drain them and leave them to dry on a cloth.
2. Grease a baking tray and arrange the zucchini in alternating layers with the diced mozzarella/scamorza, a little Dacos Yoghurt, the slices of black olives and the grated Parmesan.
3. Sprinkle the top with a drizzle of oil and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and has formed a golden crust.
4. Serve with a side dish of Pachino tomatoes and basil leaves.
